How Can I Order Sprinkles?
SPRINKLES FOR INTERNATIONAL NUTRITION PROGRAMS AND RESEARCH

Sprinkles are available with English labeling for the following formulations:
1) Sprinkles for infants and Young Children
2) Sprinkles for Pregnant and Lactating Women

Instructions for Procurement Form
The procurement form includes a calculator to calculate the number of Sprinkles needed.
Fill out the number of children and/or pregnant and lactating women in the program. The calculator will calculate the
number of Sprinkles needed based on the recommended use.
Please fill out all grey areas of the form and return to
procurement@supplefer.com A quotation will be sent to you for the cost of Sprinkles including shipping and
estimated delivery date.
